    Springbok Captain Warren Whiteley has been ruled out of today’s test match. He is replaced as captain by Eben Etzebeth, with Lood de Jager coming on to the bench to replace Jaco Kriel who starts at 7 and Jean-Luc du Preez moves to 8.

    The French come into the match making a number changes from the side that lost last week, including Brice Dulin coming in at fullback to replace the South African born Scott Spedding, who i dropped from the 23. The French run out as follows:

    Starting XV: Brice Dulin, Nans Ducuing, Damian Penaud, Gael Fickou, Virimi Vakatawa, Jule Plisson, Baptiste Serin, Louis Picamoles, Kevin Gourdon, Yacouba Camara, Romain Taofifenua, Yoann Maestri, Rabah Slimani, Guilhem Guirado(C), Jefferson Poirot.

    Reserves: Clement Maynadier, Xavier Chiocci, Uini Atonio, Paul Jedrasiak, Loann Goujon, Maxime Machenaud, Francois Trin-Duc, Vincent Rattez.

    The Springboks have made six changes from last week’s victorious side, including a run on debut for Lions prop, Ruan Dreyer. The Springboks run out as follows:
