Port Alfred police have asked any member of the public who may know the whereabouts of 82-year-old Nohlile Potwana  of Loverstwist Admin Area in Bell to contact their local police station.

SAPS spokesperson  Captain Mali Govender says Potwana was last seen on Saturday 29t October 2016 at 2pm by her 23-year-old granddaughter  with whom she lived.

“She left the house to go to the abolution block which is in the yard and did not return. Several attempts to search for her by family, community and  various units of the SAPS have been unsuccessful,” Govender said.

“She is of slender build and suffered from asthma,” Govender said. “She was dressed in lime-coloured overalls, a flowered doek and denim takkies.”
