    Sophia Young Stars soccer academy held a soccer tournament over the weekend.

    Sophia Young Stars soccer academy held a soccer tournament over the weekend.

    The tournament was for U13 and U15 age groups. 

    All matches took place at the sports field in Extension 7, next to Ntsika Secondary School, on Saturday and Sunday 28 and 29 May.

    After the group matches on Saturday, hosts Sophia Young Stars made it through to both finals, as did City Pirates U13 and U15 teams.
    In the U13 final, Sophia Young Stars won 1-0.

    And in similar fashion, Sophia U15’s went on to beat City Pirates by the same score, 1-0.
