    The knock-out stages of the night bowls started this week, with the winning teams progressing to Wednesday's (2 March) semi-finals.

    The knock-out stages of the night bowls started this week, with the winning teams progressing to Wednesday's (2 March) semi-finals.

    The competition is the Pepper Grove Pick n Pay Inter Company Nigh Bowls league, which has been held over various nights of the week since the end of January. This week sees the knock-out games, with the finals taking place on Friday 4 March.

    All the action takes place at the Grahamstown Bowling Club.

    In conjunction with the finals on Friday, there will be live music, refreshments and food on sale, while the bowls action will be followed by the awards ceremony.
