In association with Concerts SA, multiple award-winning guitar virtuoso Guy Buttery returns to Grahamstown for a one-off show at Saint’s Bistro.

With sell-out performances in the US, UK, Australia, Brazil, France, Italy and all over southern Africa, Guy Buttery is Africa’s biggest acoustic music export.

Guy has two South African Music Awards (SAMAs) under his belt and four Standard Bank Ovation Awards. Buttery has performed his works with KZN Philharmonic Orchestra and an endless list of several of South Africa’s greats.

Guy Buttery has propelled his career far beyond the borders of his beloved South Africa. As an internationally recognised musician, this multi-instrumentalist enjoys invitations to play sell-out performances all over the globe.

His international role has surpassed merely playing shows to foreign audiences. It has evolved into one as an ambassador of South African music, inspiring people across the world with our homegrown style at the very heart of his talent and tenacity.

Guy Buttery is our musical advocate for everything positive and beautiful about the place we call home.
