Belmont golf club tees off

The Belmont Golf Club will be officially opened on Friday morning. The course will be opened by honorary members of the club. Lynn Rossouw and Daphne Bowker will open the women’s section, while Bob Keeble and John Inge will cut the ribbon in the men’s tee.

The Belmont Golf Club will be officially opened on Friday morning. The course will be opened by honorary members of the club. Lynn Rossouw and Daphne Bowker will open the women’s section, while Bob Keeble and John Inge will cut the ribbon in the men’s tee.

Once open the first official competition will take place.

The Settler City Toyota Open takes place on Friday and Saturday, and over 100 entries have been received for each day’s events.

The Grahamstown Golf Club held its last sponsored golf day last Thursday, sponsored by Hi-Q. Owner of Grahamstown Hi-Q, Robert van der Merwe and Wanston Field went on to win the event.
