    Lieutenant-Colonel Martha Mankayi (in red) and Constable Babalwa Vika co-ordinated a visit to J-Street this week by the SAPS Women's Network, where they handed out soup to residents.

    Lieutenant-Colonel Martha Mankayi (in red) and Constable Babalwa Vika co-ordinated a visit to J-Street this week by the SAPS Women's Network, where they handed out soup to residents.

    They were joined by Grahamstown Police Station Commander Colonel Vivian Tembani as part of their 67 minutes of voluntary service for Mandela Day.
