    Brumbies lose after healthy lead

    The Brumbies first rugby side lost their latest EP Grand Challenge match against Kruisfontein by 32-34. The match was played in Humansdorp on Saturday the 4th July.

    The Brumbies first rugby side lost their latest EP Grand Challenge match against Kruisfontein by 32-34. The match was played in Humansdorp on Saturday the 4th July.

    Brumbies lead 17-10 at the half-time break, and were still in the lead 32-17 with ten minutes to go.

    It was at this stage that they lost concentration as Kruisfontein went over for three quick tries to take the win.

    Try scorers for Brumbies were Leclue Smith, Ethan September, Vincent Mains and Sheldon Nelson; Vincent Mains put over one penalty and three conversions; Alexius Steyn put over one drop goal.
