The 20th annual Pepper Grove Pick n Pay Inter-Company Night Bowls league is set to be a bumper tournament, with organisers in full preparation.

June McDougall, of the Night Bowls committee said that the committee would be organising 20th anniversary T-shirts for ordering, amongst other plans.

The league will accommodate a maximum of 60 teams, booked on a serve come first served basis, with each team made up of four players to represent their company, department or organisation.

Games will take place at the Grahamstown Bowling Club on weekday nights over about six weeks, with the first games commencing on 27 January 2014.

The finals are scheduled to take place on 7 March 2014.
