The ground was officially broken on Friday 26 April this year for the much-needed Graeme College Pre-School facility.

The school governing body handed over the approved plans to the winning tender, Dup Meyer Contractors. Graeme College has long provided quality education for boys from Grade 1 to Grade 12 and is thrilled to be able to extend this unique education to pre-schoolers.

Construction of the building and a fully equipped playground, designed and erected by Graham Heynes, is now complete.

The excitement in the Foundation Phase has reached fever pitch as Graeme College readies itself to open their doors to pre-schoolers from January 2014.

Mrs Christine Whetton (Grade R) and Mrs Kerry Barrow (Grade 00) have been appointed and will be recorded as the first teachers of the Pre-School. These two dynamic individuals will lead this exciting educational venture as two classes of pre-schoolers are introduced at Graeme College.
