A head-on collision between a Honda SUV and a Hyundai Sonata paralised traffic for more than half an hour on the road to Port Alfred on Saturday 8 June.

According to police spokesperson Captain Mali Govender, the woman driver of the Honda was travelling from Port Alfred with her daughter in the afternoon when the second vehicle travelling in the opposite direction hit her head on.
The occupants of the Honda did not suffer any serious injuries.
