Local duo Wordsuntame will be performing live at the Aztec Kitchen in Port Elizabeth tomorrow afternoon.

It will be the last performance of the year for the pair whose 2010 album Ndonwabile set the standard for acoustic soul music in Grahamstown.

Bulelani Booi, one half of Wordsuntame, said, We are not seasonal artists, who only perform when it is the National Arts Festival, but throughout the year.

We started our music in Port Elizabeth, so it will be good to go back there and sing for those people, he said.

MC Gill would be the curtain raiser and refreshments and snacks would be available.

The Aztec Kitchen, which has the best food in Port Elizabeth, will be open for lunch, Booi said.

Tickets at R40 are available at the Aztec Kitchen, at 123 Parliament Street in PE Central, or Black Concept and will cost R45 at the door. The event starts at 3pm and finishes at 6pm.
