The recent Grahamstown Golf Club's Buco Club Championship event took place at the course with 29 players competing in the three sections, according to their handicaps.

Cold and windy weather conditions didn't deter A section winner Patrick Ludick from doing a fine job over the section's 36 holes. Ludick was also the only player in the A section to post a better score in the second 18 compared to the first 18. His total score was 153.

Ludick was followed by Bryce Bosman in second place with a score of 158, and third was Andrew Bovey with 161.

The B section was won by Wouter van Eyk (82 for 18 holes), with Warren Henry (84) second and Pieter Oosthuizen (89) third.

The C section, also played over 18 holes, was won by Sean McCallum (90), second was Johan van Zyl (95) and Marius Wolmarans (98) took third.

The golfer with the best Net Score was Les Williams 103 (–33) = 70
