The Pick n Pay Albany Bowling Club Night Bowls tournament is into its last week, with the finals set for Friday 18 November.

Games will continue as normal today, tomorrow and Thursday. Albany night bowls organiser, Gwen Bartlett, said there are a number of teams to look out for, that still have a chance to make Friday's finals.

Bartlett added however, that Four Seasons and Penny Pinchers seem to have already done enough to ensure they make the finals. Still fighting for a spot (depending on this week's results) are, among others, Day Boys, Mardon Bros, Angels Tea Garden, The MD's, Pick n Pay, Survivors and Artisans.

The action on the greens will start at 6.30pm on Friday, and tickets to the steak evening will be sold from 6pm. Tickets to the Pick n Pay sponsored steak evening cover a 300g juicy steak with two salads and a roll.
