The St Andrew’s Prep U11A cricket team had a great pre-season tour to Knysna recently, taking part in the U11 cricket festival. They played three games against Sun Valley, Wynberg and Somerset College Prep School, narrowly losing only one of these games, by four runs.

The team was accompanied by coach James Cripps and head of cricket Zane Plescia.

***“

The boys gained valuable experience and it didn't take them long to gel as a team on and off the field,” said Cripps.

Besides the cricket, the team was able to experience some of the wonderful sights in and around Knysna, visiting the waterfront for suppers, Adventure Land and the movies.*** Here the Prep U11A cricket team is seen with SunValley from Cape Town.
