The murder case of the late ANC Youth League regional secretary, Oscar Dondashe was not heard by the High Court as scheduled.

On Monday 23 August, the case was given a provisional date of 12 October where the date of the case will be announced.

According to Advocate Heinz Obermeyer there is a Queenstown robbery case that has to be finalised before proceeding with a new case.

Obermeyer advised the ANC Youth League members and witnesses who were present not to come on 12 October because it is not the date when the court case will proceed.

Warrant Officer Zukile Mathews Mpiyane said, “Another robbery charge has been laid against the accused, Zolani Myeki by Grahamstown East’s Bongani Majiza.

Majiza’s ID was later found in the accused’s possession.” For the time being Myeki will remain in custody.
