    Springbok women determined to make their mark

    South African coach Denver Wannies has selected his strongest available line-up for the Springbok Women’s opening match of the 2010 IRB Women’s World Cup against champions New Zealand today.
     

    South African coach Denver Wannies has selected his strongest available line-up for the Springbok Women’s opening match of the 2010 IRB Women’s World Cup against champions New Zealand today.
     

    Daphne Scheepers of Grahamstown, forced her way into the starting lineup at inside centre ahead of Charmaine Kayser, who played in that position against the Scots.

    South Africa shares Pool A with New Zealand, Australia and Wales. The team open their campaign against champions New Zealand today at 5.15pm. The other matches are on Tuesday, 24 August against Wales and then they face Australia on Saturday, 28 August.
