Yesterday evening, with the weather finally clearing and the sun blinking along the horizon, another enjoyable evening of the annual lawn bowls competition commenced.

The general atmosphere was one of friendly and spirited competition and the air was filled with the occasional whoop of joy or groan of disappointment as the woods curved their way across the green.
