Builders Warehouse challenge builds up local runners’ stenghth

Terri-Lynn Penney of Run/Walk For Life Athletics Club was the second women finisher in the Builders Warehouse 27km challenge in Port Elizabeth on Saturday.

Penney finished in 1:58:29, one minute behind overall winner and top Eastern Cape athlete, Davera Magson (Mr Price PE).

Penney finished in 1:58:29, one minute behind overall winner and top Eastern Cape athlete, Davera Magson (Mr Price PE).

Overall race winner was George Ntshiliza (Mr Price PE) in 1:27:04, second was Masixole Dlaku (Mr Price PE) in 1:27:58. There were 379 finishers.

36. Terri-Lynn Penney (Run/Walk For Life Athletics Club) 1:58:29, 68. Stephen Penney (Run/Walk For Life) 2:08:06, 88.
