With all the work that Hospice does, they are in desperate need for the Grahamstown community to help them help others.

Hospice provides care for those who are too ill to take care of themselves. They aim to enhance their quality of life and allow those who are dying to do so with dignity.
"There is not enough darkness to extinguish the light of one small candle."
This slogan characterises the work that Hospice does within the Grahamstown community, creating hope for those who are in need.
The unassuming doorway of the Hospice shop on Bathurst Street, acts as the gatekeeper to a bounty of treasure. This shop is home to everything from clothes and books, to toasters and electric blankets. The money that is raised goes towards the families Hospice supports.
Bongi Mafani started at the shop as a volunteer and was offered a fulltime job three months ago. She says that it is nice to work and interact with the community as well as to help those that are needy.
The Hospice shop relies on donations by the community so anything and everything you donate goes to good use.
